How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. On iPhone: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Shadow OS → Cancel. On Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Shadow OS → Cancel.
What are the 5 dimensions?
Shadow OS offers readings across five life dimensions: Career (work and ambition), Love (relationships), Energy (health and motivation), Conflict (tensions and difficult situations), and Timing (when to act or wait).
Is my data private?
Yes. Your readings, intentions, and personal reflections are stored securely. We don't sell or share your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What is the I Ching?
The I Ching (Book of Changes) is a 3,000-year-old Chinese text used for self-reflection and decision support. Shadow OS interprets its 64 hexagrams through a modern, psychological lens inspired by Carl Jung's work.
The app isn't working properly. What should I do?
